Bongzilla Reassurt Themselves As The Masters Of Sludgy Down Tuned Stoner Metal. I Think Its Safe To Say That These Guys Support The Legalization Of Marijuana. The Album Comes Across As Having Many Influences, The First Song "Amerijuanican" Reminds Me Of Old Sabbath...Heavy With Groove..This Style Is Heard Throughout The Album. On Songs Like "Kash Under Glass" And "Tri-Pack Master" It Has Elements Of Abscess Style Structuring. "Cutdown", "Weedy Woman" Continue On With The Sabbath Style But With A Modern Grindcore Twist. The Song "Stonesphere" Is A 12 Minute Instrumental Piece, And Then Theres A Very Cool Rendention Of The Muddy Waters Cover "Champagne & Beer" Ending The Album.
I Really Enjoyed The Way Mike Structured And Sung The Vocals...Mike Henry's Drum Sound Is Simply Amazing...His Style Is Alot Like Chris Reifert (Autopsy). Guitarist/Vocalist
Mike "Muleboy" Makela And Jeff Schultz' Guitar Work Is Simply "Amerijuanican" Is A Very Intoxicating Album And Is Sure To Leave You Jonesing For More
