A strange yet beautiful world of darkness

With gritty guitars and drums, thundering and ethereal yet clear vocals drift across an emerging musical landscape. Somewhat doomish somewhat gothic the moods of ambient consume your mind, and the music and the listener become one. The stories unravel they unfold, the picture paints itself before your eyes ( or inner eyes), whereupon it rushes you onward through  a strange yet beautiful world of darkness. Slowing only to catch a glimpse of something new.

Piano keys play sharp clean notes shattering the ice of unknown
origin only to reform as immediately as it is laid to rest on the surface of the night.
Forest tower framing the dense air, the wind speaks in the form of comfort as the listeners
make their way onward.

The first song was originally on the demo; Guilty am I, redone to accompany ten other
spectacular and well crafted songs. They demonstrate the band's continual effort to grow
and expand their musical playing field. Production is clear and upon listening you can
hear all the instruments as they weave in and about the music as it is played. It is said
the live shows are a great enjoyment and have also increased in profession as the band
has grown, working the audience more than ever. Hopefully you were able to catch a show
earlier this year as they toured supporting such acts as Amon Amarth, Finntroll and
Paradise Lost as well as numerous other shows including one with Sirenia.

An extra hand in the recording was supplied by Morfeus, and the CD was mixed by Geir Luedy
Herbrand Larsen in Lydriket/Your Favourite Music.  I would, as may of my colleagues recommend reviewed CDs, recommend this one as well.
