Review by Salvo "Lovedeath" Russo____ English version -
"Forbidden love" is a melancholic song in which the voice is able to give a particular sensation while I notice a big care for the rhythmic parts!!!!
"Rain paint" is a very cadenced song that mixes elements of gothic and melodic death. Growl and clean voice gives the right touch to this song .
"Death Drive&Fear" reminds me to Sentenced concerning the riffing guitar, although the rhythmic is different from Sentenced compositions!
In my opinion the worst song is "Sleeping Beauty" …Avoidable!!!!!!
The next song is MY DYING BRIDE oriented and it calls "Miss Spring". A cadenced song sung with a very strong growl voice and a whispered clean voice….a very good song that shows a melancholic soul!!I may note dark-wave influences in this song!!!!
HIM influences involve the next "Raven nevermore"….the voice reminds me to PLACEBO' singer
And the melody is nu-goth!!!!!!
Another cadenced and melancholic song is "Frozen day" that is a monotonous song, very far from "Miss Spring" that in my opinion is the best song of this album!
"Loose and over" closes this cd with a special atmosphere full of sadness and intense art. The singer Alesksi is very able to express all his sadness!!!!!!

Quanto l'ho aspettato!!!!Ed eccolo qui!!!Rain Paint erano presentati come una band le cui influenze sono Gothic, Dark wave, Doom , Progressive and Death metal!!!!
Devo ammettere che ci son tutti questi elementi nella loro musica e questo cd è molto gradevole!
Non mi piace troppo la produzione che non è stata in grado di valorizzare l'album, anche se le composizioni tengono alta la qualità del lavoro!
"Forbidden love" è una canzone malinconica in cui la voce è in grado di regalare particolari sensazioni e devo fare anche un buon appunto alla cura per le parti ritmiche.
"Rain Paint"è una canzone molto cadenzata che unisce gothic e melodic death metal. Growl e voce pulita danno il giusto groove alla song.
"Death Drive & Fear" mi ricorda un po' i Sentenced per quanto riguarda il riff di chitarra sebbene la canzone a livello di struttura è ben differente dalle composizioni di Ville & C.
La peggiore canzone dell'album è la seguente "Sleeping Beauty"…evitabile !!!!!
La seguente "Miss Spring" è molto MY DYNG BRIDE style. Una canzone molto cadenzata cantata in growl e con una voce sussurrata pulita..una canzone stupenda che mostra l'anima malinconica della band!Noto anche influenza dark-wave in questa canzone!!!
L'influenza degli indispensabili Him è tutta nella seguente "Raven Nevermore"in cui anche il vocalist richiama tanto il cantante dei PLACEBO all'interno di una melodia chiaramente nu-goth.
Un'altra cadenzata e malinconia canzone è la seguente "Frozen day"che è molto monotona e assai distante dallo splendore di "Miss Spring"che resta la migliore song del lotto!
"Loose and over" chiude il cd con una speciale atmosfera piena di tristezza e intensità.Una nota di merito al singer davvero bravo a mostrare tanta malinconia e tristezza nell'interpretazione.
Un'altra buona band, un buon cd …e se vi piacciono le bands menzionate nella recensione amerete questo cd!!!!!
