In my opinion 2004 was a remarkable year! many super albums have been produced, especially as far as it concerns the more extreme genres, which (imo) represent the quintessence of Metal. Never my personal playlist was so rich, ( many ex-aequo's and fortunately \m/ !!) . Needless to say, it is very difficult for me to crown an album in the first position this time, so my winnner, or better said the winners, of 2004 are 3 fantastic CD's that form a wonderful trio. All the albums i present are aired by my hi-fi's almost continuously and in particular the 3 winners of course. Very recently, in December, Dark Tranquillity's Character did pitiless irruption (the album will be released in January 2005), but this is indeed another story, a story for the playlists 2005! IN May 2004 we already had the awesome "Exposures" (kind of best of)! Of course we all still listen so often to the albums of the past years but this is another story also. Enjoy now my chart of the albums released (or received) during 2004, and the charts of my colleagues! This is gryphonmetal!
